Downhill Bike Tour
This is the favorite ride for families and new riders.
Beginning at the top of the switchbacks above Glen Haven on
HWY 43, you will start your ride with an absolutely epic
view of Longs Peak and the Continental Divide to your back.
A picnic breakfast or lunch will be served riverside in the
canyon, and of course, will include the Glen Haven General
Store’s world famous Cinnamon Rolls. (Yes, they really are
world famous!)
Afterwards, continue your bike ride down to Drake through an
area populated with Bear, Elk and maybe even a moose if we
are lucky.

Kids trailers and tag a longs only $20.00 each !

This is the World Famous Ride
that everyone talks about! Ride the downhill portion of the
route where Tour de France riders train. Experience Rocky
Mountain National Park from outside of your car.
Start your ride above tree line in the alpine tundra of
RMNP and cruise down the highest paved road in the country.
The views are breathtaking and impossible to forget. We stop
along the way to appreciate the morning along the overlooks.
A
picnic brunch will be served at the Alluvial Fan and you
will have a chance to hike up the Alluvial Fan during the
picnic.
Afterwards, continue an optional* bike ride back to Estes
Park through an area rich with Big Horn sheep and Elk.

Downhill Bike Tour
This exciting downhill tour has a variety of riding
conditions including some serious steeps and flat areas of
pedaling at an elevation above 9,000 feet.
Your ride starts at the Alpine Visitors Center in RMNP at
11,796 feet. We will stop to visit to the Kawuneeche
Visitor’s Center at the west entrance to RMNP then head off
to Grand Lake for lunch at one of the restaurants (included
in price).
After lunch, you will be able to spend some time to explore
this wonderful little mountain town before we head back to
Estes. We may stop at the Alpine Visitors Center on the way
back if there is time.

Old Fall River Road
(limited time)
Downhill Bike Ride
Old Fall River Road is a
9.5 mile dirt road that is open for a short time in the
spring to hikers and cyclist WITHOUT cars !!
Ride up or down. After it
is open to cars in early July you will only be permitted to
ride up.
Old Fall River Road begins
(or ends ) on Highway 34 and goes to the Alpine Visitors
Center in Rocky Mountain National Park. (highest visitors
center in the USA)
This is a beautiful dirt
road with waterfalls and wildlife. There will most likely be
snow on the side of the road. The guides favorite ride !!!
Includes bike, helmet, water bottle, guide,
and hike around Alluvial Fan area.
Optional 7 mile ride back
to Estes Park Mountain Shop through Downtown Estes if you
like (mostly downhill)
